The residential area is planned in three phases, and two blocks will be built in each step.
The first step is started. Residential blocks, each of which shall be on five floors plus garage in the basement, is believed to be ready for occupation in autumn 2014.
The ground exists mostly of clay and rock. Kynningsrud Foundations recently finished sheet piling, and now remains mounting pads and drill rods, in addition to concrete piling.
