The Dovrekvartalet is part of a larger development of a new residential district in the center of Lillestrøm. Kynningsrud Fundamentering has performed piling and sheet-piling works for 3 different customers within this quarter.
The buildings have a common underground parking and will mainly consist of housing, but also commercial areas, which will be located at the lower floors.
An internal sheet-pile wall was established around the site to ensure a dry building pit.
Different foundation solutions were chosen in the three projects. We have supplied both steel-core piles, drilled steel-pipe piles and driven steel-pipe piles, in accordance with the customers requirements
In total, Kynningsrud Foundation has delivered 11,500 meters of piles in these 3 projects.
