Each casting field is braced in two rounds. First, with shoring equipment from Groundforce, then excavation and casting a working deck forward to the sheet pile wall. Then passive stiffer H-profiles are mounted closer to the sheet pile wall and the Groundforce shoring equipment is dismantled and moved to the next phase.
Integrated hydraulic jacks
Groundforce shoring equipment has integrated hydraulic jacks that enables us to bias the way up to 150 tons. This is advantageous in order to avoid deformation (displacement) of the sheet pile wall with further cracks in the pavement on Drammensveien.
